PSR Movers provides residential and commercial moving services, packing, storage, and related relocation services across Canada. All services are subject to availability and the terms agreed upon in your moving quote or contract.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided through our website are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual scope of work, including distance, volume of items, access conditions, and additional services requested. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

3. Booking & Cancellation

A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote and agree to the terms. Cancellation policies may apply depending on the notice period provided. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your move.

4. Liability & Insurance

PSR Movers takes every precaution to ensure the safe handling of your belongings. Basic coverage is included with all moves. Additional comprehensive insurance options are available upon request. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the move
  • Ensuring adequate access at both pickup and delivery locations
  • Securing or disclosing items of extraordinary value
  • Being present or having an authorized representative available during the move

6. Prohibited Items

PSR Movers cannot transport hazardous materials, flammable substances, explosives, perishable goods, or any items prohibited by Canadian law. Please inform our team of any items that may require special handling.

7. Website Use

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
